Josue Roman

As an artist, Josue see’s himself more as a treasure hunter. His goal is to find the most precious work of art out there, in the landscape (urban or rural), in the face of a child or adult, or within the details of a soft angelical flower.

Working mainly in digital, he improves his images depending through personal interpretation; sometimes sharp and saturated, and other times soft. He enjoys form, color and composition. He believes that learning is an on-going process, and as long as he lives he will continue to grow as an artist.

Through a similar passion for the landscape his all-time favorite artist is Ansel Adams. Some of his most admired contemporary artist working with photography are Andreas Gursky, Hiroshi Sugimoto and David Burdeny.
